Description
OlliNewsroom discovers stories from RSS and Atom feeds, groups likely duplicates, and lets you review or publish them in a dedicated newsroom.
OlliNewsroom does not impose built-in feed or active-article usage cutoffs. The standard OlliNewsroom branding and layout are included.
Features include RSS and Atom feed discovery, categories, keyword filters, duplicate prevention, editorial review, automatic publishing, image handling, archives, trending and latest news sections, and email subscriptions.
OlliNewsroom does not require an external AI service to operate.
Privacy
OlliNewsroom connects to RSS and Atom feed URLs configured by the site administrator in order to retrieve news content. Those requests may disclose standard connection information, such as the website server’s IP address, to the configured feed provider.
If the email subscription form is enabled, subscriber information is stored by the WordPress website running OlliNewsroom. Site administrators are responsible for providing an appropriate privacy notice and handling subscriber data in accordance with applicable law.

Installation
- Upload and activate OlliNewsroom.
- Create or choose the WordPress page that displays OlliNewsroom.
- In OlliNewsroom > Settings, select that page under Newsroom page.
- Add RSS or Atom sources.
- Configure publishing, archive and feed refresh settings as required.

Does OlliNewsroom require AI?

No. OlliNewsroom works directly with RSS and Atom feed content and does not require an AI service.

Can I choose the page used for the newsroom?

Yes. Select the required WordPress page under OlliNewsroom > Settings > Newsroom page. This page is used for newsroom navigation and category links.

Can OlliNewsroom import images?

OlliNewsroom can use external/feed images or import permitted images into the WordPress Media Library. Only import images that you have permission to copy and store.
