It handles online reservations, online menus, and even online ordering. Bayezid from the support team has been very helpful when I have run into issues. Most of the issues I have are very small and resolved quickly. The plugin is powerful, but sometimes lacks features that you would think it might have. For example, there is no way to create separate reservation forms dependent on the number of guests which is a problem if a restaurant wants to do reservations differently dependent on the number of guests.
