Upload the `infonix-multi-agent-chat` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress. 3. Navigate to **Infonix Chat** in the WordPress admin sidebar. 4. Add your agents, configure settings, and customize the design. 5. The floating widget will appear on your site automatically. ## FAQ ### Do I need an API key? No. The plugin uses direct chat links and works without any API key. ### Can I add multiple agents? Yes. Go to the Agents tab and add as many team members as you like, each with their own department, contact number, and status. ### Does it work with Elementor? Yes. After activation, you will find the “Infonix Multi-Agent Chat” widget in the Elementor editor. ### How does click tracking work? Clicks are recorded in a custom database table. View analytics in the plugin’s Analytics tab with date range filtering. ### Will it slow down my site?
