Description
FraudJudge Gateway connects your WooCommerce store to the FraudJudge Enterprise service to evaluate the fraud risk of orders. When an order is created (and when your store triggers scans), the plugin can send order and customer signals to FraudJudge and store the risk decision for review inside WordPress.
Our user
This plugin is intended for store owners who want:
* A simple integration to send WooCommerce order signals to FraudJudge Enterprise
* A clear risk outcome visible for each order
* Optional automation for “Review” / “Decline” decisions
How it works
- You connect your FraudJudge account by adding an API integration key.
- When orders are scanned, the plugin sends a transaction payload to FraudJudge for evaluation.
- The plugin stores the evaluation result and can optionally update the order status based on your settings.
Where to configure
After activation:
FraudJudge Gateway Settings
* You can also use the “FraudJudge Gateway” menu in wp-admin. Some items may open the FraudJudge dashboard in a new tab (Rules, Allow/Deny Lists, etc.).
Settings
The FraudJudge settings tab allows you to:
* Enable auto-cancel for orders marked “Decline” by FraudJudge
* Put “Review” orders on-hold automatically
* Scan offline-payment orders (optional)
* Put Cash on Delivery orders on-hold (optional)
* Set your API integration key (required)
