Smart Membership Management for WooCommerce
Looking for a simple way to sell memberships that include a fixed number of requests, services, bookings, rentals, or redemptions?
NavClub helps you build usage-based membership programs using WooCommerce products. Instead of selling unlimited memberships, you can create plans with a predefined number of uses and an expiry period.
Perfect for businesses offering:
- Digital marketing service plans
- Corporate gifting programs
- Book libraries
- Rental businesses
- Subscription boxes
- Product sampling
- Beauty & wellness memberships
- Coaching sessions
- Consultation packages
- Any business where customers receive a limited number of requests or credits
Customers simply purchase a WooCommerce product, receive their membership automatically, and begin using their available quota.
Membership Plans
Create unlimited membership plans directly from your WordPress dashboard.
Each membership plan can include:
- Membership name
- Usage quota
- Membership validity (days)
- Linked WooCommerce product
- Active / inactive status

Usage Quotas
Instead of restricting content, NavClub restricts usage.
Every membership can include a fixed number of available requests.
Examples:
- 5 marketing tasks per month
- 10 book rentals
- 20 product requests
- 15 consultation sessions
- 30 equipment rentals
As customers use the service, their remaining quota is updated automatically.

Using the included shortcode, members can:
- Request eligible products
- Consume available quota
- View remaining usage
- Receive helpful messages when limits are reached
The plugin prevents requests when:
